Lapping the Lake Shirts

A few people have asked to see the shirts, so here you go!
They are not cotton but that sport-tek fabric.

Shirts are only available in adult sizes.

Where to pick up your run packet

You can come by the lake entry gate on Friday and get it or you can just come an hour early on Saturday.

It will be a small packet, just so you know. This is our first year so it won't be huge just yet, but we know this is going to grow and get better every year!

What Else is Happening at the Lake on the 29th?

Glad you asked!

We have a ton going on!

We start with the 5k run of course. 7am sharp. Then the kids get to run after that.

10am is the volleyball tournament. Anyone can sign up, so get a group of 6 and go nuts!

During the afternoon we have live entertainment and vendors. There will be plenty to do.

Of course, that evening it will be fireworks time!

Just make your entire day a lake day!

The Running Route

You're going to love the race route!

We will be running around the lake nearly three times (the finish line will be offset a bit because the loop isn't exactly the length we need for our 5k run or walk). It will be beautiful. Your family and friends can watch while they enjoy the view, there will be some vendors there already and the lake should be stocked with fish by then.

Runners will run on the road and walkers will take the walking path. This will prevent any crashes.

We rarely have the opportunity to use the lake for a run this time of year, so enjoy it!
