If you haven't registered for Lapping the Lake on Saturday, do so now at active.com (Lapping the Lake) or in person at the Jefferson County Courthouse.  We are serving hot breakfast after the run/walk!  We have first, second, and third place prizes and everyone will get a medal!  Hope you can join us!
