Registration is open.

Registration is now open online HERE.

We will have registration forms at Teton Running in Idaho Falls and at Westmark in Rigby.

About the Lake Route

The route is 3 times around the lake. (Actually, not quite three as that would take you over a 5k, but close enough! We will make where the run ends.)

Runners will stay on the actual road and walkers will be on the walking path so we avoid too much congestion.

We are not timing the run and there are no prizes, this is just for fun! This run is geared towards families, new runners and those who just want to see some outdoor beauty at 7 in the morning.

Registration

There are several places you can get a registration form:

1. Jefferson County Courthouse
2. Teton Running in Idaho Falls
3. Active.com

We have a limited number of shirts available to registrants so please get your paperwork turned in early!

You can pick up your shirt and bib from 6-7pm Friday at the lake gate.
You can also show up at 6am at the Lake that day, but we urge you to come Friday night so you have time to warm up Saturday.
